General Provisions

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the jili baji platform ("Company") and the individual using the service ("User" or "you"). By using the service through the jili baji website, mobile application, or any other channel, all terms of this Agreement apply automatically.

1.2 Purpose of the Terms

The purpose of this document is to establish clear rules for using the casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and other entertainment services offered on the jili baji platform. The primary goal of these terms is to ensure transparency regarding user rights, responsibilities, and limitations.

1.3 Priority of Terms

If separate terms exist for a specific game, promotion, or special event, those specific terms apply alongside these general terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms take priority, but only with respect to that particular matter.

Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

A valid personal account is required to use all services on jili baji. All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address — must be complete, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed immediately and the associated balances will be frozen. If members of the same household share a device or internet connection, please contact the support team in advance.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised login or suspicious activity, notify the jili baji support team immediately. Sharing or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jili baji may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents at any time to verify your identity. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified time may delay the withdrawal process.

Age Verification and Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

All services on jili baji are for persons aged 21 or older only. If anyone under 21 registers, or provides a false age, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

Using jili baji from any country or region where online gambling is legally prohibited is not permitted. The Company reserves the right to close the account of any user whose location falls within such a restriction.

3.3 Mental Capacity

Users must have the mental capacity to make their own decisions. Placing bets while under the influence of substances or otherwise impaired is entirely at the user's own risk, and the Company is not liable for any loss arising from such circumstances.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jili baji currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Cryptocurrency and other digital currencies are not accepted.

Applicable wagering requirements on the account must be met before a withdrawal can be made. To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement specific to that bonus must be fulfilled. After a withdrawal request is submitted, it may remain under review during processing.

4.4 Payment Method Consistency

For security reasons, withdrawals may be required to be made through the same method used for the deposit. In exceptional circumstances, a request for an alternative method may be submitted, but approval is subject to verification.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jili baji offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500 — however, the wagering requirement before withdrawing bonus funds is 15 times the total bonus amount, i.e. ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.2 Other Promotions

The following ongoing promotions are available on jili baji:

• Cricket Season Bonus: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000 — claimable once per weekend for betting on cricket events; wagering 15x.
• Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳1,500 — applicable once during the registered birthday month; wagering 10x.
• Refer a Friend: Up to ৳2,000 per successful referral — reward applies once the referred friend becomes active; wagering 12x.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer may be claimed only once unless stated otherwise. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, website unavailability, or publication of incorrect odds, it will be considered void and the relevant amount will be refunded. Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities is prohibited, and the Company reserves the right to cancel winnings in such cases.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For bets placed on cricket, football, or any other sport, only bets submitted before the match begins are valid. For in-play (live betting), odds change continuously, and the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted are considered final.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Before participating in any game, its specific rules and RTP information should be read. The outcome of each game is determined by an independent RNG (Random Number Generator).

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

1. Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
2. Using another person's account or claiming winnings in a third party's name.
3. Abusing the bonus system — such as attempting to earn bonuses through referrals from the same household or device.
4. Using fraudulent payment methods or initiating chargebacks.
5. Interfering with platform software, hacking, or using bots.
6. Using the service for money laundering or terrorist financing.
7. Threatening, harassing, or insulting other users or staff.
8. Taking unfair advantage of system errors or unintentional mistakes.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Company

If any prohibited activity described in Section 7 occurs, or if required verification documents are not provided, jili baji reserves the right to suspend an account without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, the balance may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their account. In that case, the remaining valid balance may be withdrawn provided the applicable wagering requirements have been met. The account will not be permanently deleted until the balance reaches zero.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Data Protection and Privacy

jili baji gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. All data collected at registration is secured using SSL encryption. A full description of how personal information is collected, stored, and used can be found in our Privacy Policy.

The only exception to disclosing personal information to third parties is a legal obligation — such as a court order or as part of a government investigation. Information is not sold for marketing or commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 Limits of Company Liability

The Company is not directly liable for financial losses arising from gaming on the jili baji platform. The risk of financial loss from online gambling rests entirely with the user. If a service disruption caused by a technical fault on the platform or an uncontrollable event results in a direct loss, the Company will consider compensation only up to the amount of the affected bet.

10.2 Third-Party Services

jili baji is not responsible for the policies or technical issues of payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banks). The same applies to server issues or game errors from game software providers.

10.3 Force Majeure

The Company will not be liable if the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

Responsible Gaming

jili baji believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We offer users the ability to set betting limits, take a temporary break, or permanently self-exclude, and we actively support users experiencing problem gambling.

All gaming activities are for persons aged 21 or older. It is the full responsibility of adult family members to keep minors away from this platform.

Terms & Conditions Update

jili baji reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If a complaint or dispute arises, the first step is to contact jili baji's customer support team directly. After submitting a complaint via live chat or email, we will do our best to resolve it as efficiently as possible.

13.2 Language

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is the primary document for users in Bangladesh. In the event of a conflict with any other language version, the Bengali version will take precedence.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and any applicable promotional terms together form the entire agreement between jili baji and the user. Any oral or unwritten commitments outside this agreement will not be considered valid.
